Your next chapter
starts outdoors.

Three weeks · £15

Enough time to
get a feel for it.

A single walk cannot show you everything a club offers. The standard walking trial gives you three weeks to meet members and work out what fits your routine.

Try available weekday, Sunday and countryside walks. Current times, meeting points and booking instructions are maintained in MyCRWC.

Start your trial

Fresh air, good company and great local routes.

You do not need to know your pace or choose your first group before joining. Tell us what you are looking for and we will help.

Questions before you join

A few things you might
be wondering.

What happens when my three weeks end?

The trial ends after three weeks. If you would like to continue, ask us for the current rolling membership price and cancellation terms before you decide. There is no obligation to continue.

Where do we meet and what if the weather is bad?

Meeting points vary around Cheltenham and the surrounding countryside. Check MyCRWC before travelling for the latest meeting point, route notes and any weather-related update.

Can I bring my dog or come alone?

You can come alone — many people do. Dogs depend on the route, leader and group, so ask before booking rather than assuming every walk is suitable.

Will I find a suitable pace?

Tell us about your walking experience before you book. Routes, terrain and pace vary, and we can help you choose an appropriate first walk.

Do I have to come to every walk?

No. Choose from the available schedule during your trial and follow the booking requirements for each walk.
